Dezzarae Henderson is an experienced Human Resources professional. Her experience has expanded over 20 years. She graduated from Chapman University with her BS in Business Administration and obtained her Master's degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human and Organizational Development. Dezzarae also holds three professional certifications. During her career, she has worked for major companies like Paychex, Inc., McDonald’s Corp., General Motors, tribal government, along with non-profits and family-owned businesses. In these roles, as a leader, she combined her HR and business knowledge to help companies grow, develop talent, and implement strategies in highly competitive markets. After decades of HR work, Dezzarae found a new passion for wine. She began selling wine part-time as an Ambassador during the pandemic. Although most tastings were virtual, she enjoyed the small groups to talk about wine and to really provide knowledge to her customers. From there, a new passion was born and the creation of Wine Now!

Wine Now! will be a tasting room, store, and lounge in the Inland Empire. It is Black and women owned. Dezzarae’s goal will be to highlight diverse brands and winemakers to show that great wines can be made by all regardless of race, gender, nationality, and other diversity groups. As a single mom, Dezzarae has come a long way, and she is happy to share this experience with her son in hopes that he’ll one day want to take over the family business. Until then, there’s so much to learn about wines and the industry. Dezzarae is elated and grateful to be a 2023 recipient of the SHE CAN Fund and plans to use this opportunity to enhance her wine knowledge
