When we launched the SHE CAN Fund, our goal was clear: to help close the race and gender gap in male-dominated industries.
And we did. Over the years, our impact has extended beyond monetary grants to include ad credits, scholarship funding, and mentorship programs—all designed to equip women with the tools and opportunities they need to rise. The stories that followed were powerful, proving that when women are given access, they create lasting change.
But one-time support wasn’t enough. So we evolved.
