Brenna Turner, born and raised in Detroit, launched Sake High! in 2022 in California with her life partner, Joey Labes. She has 6 years of experience in marketing and partnerships across sports, entertainment, and CPG.

Brenna is paving a way for female entrepreneurs within the alcohol space. Beer, wine, and spirits have been historically dominated by male leaders. And females are incredibly underrepresented in the venture capital world. Brenna has led the growth of Sake High! for the past two years, leading Sake High! to launch in 3 states and nationwide DTC. She also led the fundraising efforts to raise more than $1million dollars in Sake High!'s pre-seed round.

Not only has Brenna been one of few female leaders in the alcohol industry, she has repeatedly supported local and national foundations that support female entrepreneurship and sake education including SheMark and Sake Brewers Association of North America. Brenna has also used Sake High!'s platform to promote and highlight other female founders, and has served as a mentor to many female entrepreneurs in Los Angeles.
